How will I know when my order has shipped?

Our customized orders generally ship within 5-8 workdays from your purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number letting you know when your order is on its way.

How long will my items arrive?

Total time(12-18 business days) =Processing time(5-8 business days) + Shipping time(7-10 business days)

What to do if the shipment is damaged or lost during the transit?

1. Take a photo of the damaged package.

2. Report the damage or loss to the carrier.

3. Contact us at support@dothedrape.com, and we will help fix it (help to find back or remake for you if the carrier confirms the loss). 

Should I purchase pin hooks for the pleated header?

The order comes with white adjustable plastic hooks, and you only need to purchase rod rings separately.

Would I get 2 panels if I order 1 quantity?

No, you will get only one panel if your ordered quantity is 1. Our curtains are sold in single panels, not in pairs.

What are the benefits of choosing lined curtains over unlined curtains?

Unlined curtains will be at higher risk of being damaged by the sun or experiencing fading over time. Curtains serve as both a fashionable and functional tool to elevate space. To that end, we recommend you choose the proper curtain lining.

Can I cancel my order at any time?

If you change your mind, we will be glad to cancel your order before it is shipped and offer you a full refund. A confirmation of your cancellation, along with your receipt, will be e-mailed to you. We will keep you updated on your refund processing. Because all our items are custom-made, we cannot issue a refund or cancel your order once it's been made or shipped.

Can I return the customized curtains?

Because all of our curtains are handcrafted for you, unfortunately, they cannot be applied to other customers. As such, we cannot accept returns other than quality issues. Please accept our apology.

If you are not completely satisfied with your curtains and want to return them within 30 days of purchase or after receiving your order, we can offer you a partial refund at 70% off your order price since it's a customized order.

How will I receive my refund, and how long will it take?

After you confirm the refund amount, our financial team will submit the refund requests in 24 hours. Then, we will send you a screenshot of the refund submission via email. The refund will take roughly 1-15 workdays to be back to your payment account, varying by the processing time of the issuing bank.
