Measure the length from the bottom of the rod to the place you want
Inside Mount: Measure the window inside width and height. Reduce the measured width by at least 0.4 inches, the height is the same as the measured height. Ensure your window depth is at least 2 inches for inside mounting.
Outside Mount: Measure the window frame width and height. Add 3-6 inches on window frame width, add 5-10 inches on window frame height. Install on the frame, shade size could be same or slightly smaller than window size.
